Lake Regional Health System is a growing and collaborative hospital, caring for the Lake of the Ozarks and surrounding community. Our expanding hospital offers 116 beds, state-of-the-art medical treatment and a supportive, dynamic learning environment. Lake Regional Medical Technologists work in a full-service laboratory including comprehensive blood bank, chemistry, immunology, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, serology, microbiology, and histology.

Medical Technologists are an asset to their patients and the hospital as a whole, maintaining exceptional records, providing accurate lab results and investing in the community. Becoming one of our Medical Technologists means working in a Joint Commission accredited, fast paced, professional and fun environment. You will work with a full-time Pathologist, over 30 other staff members and up-to-date, modern instrumentation.

Lake Regional Med Techs Need

  • Bachelor's Degree - Laboratory Science (MT/MLS)
  • Associate's Degree - Laboratory Science (MT/MLS)
  • ASCP certification (or equivalent) MT/MLS/MLT
  • New grads are welcome, but experience is a plus

  • Perform stat and routine, waived, moderately and highly complex testing
  • Maintain instrumentation and perform quality control with specified guidelines
  • Provide accurate and timely results to clinicians, helping to improve patient outcomes
  • Work in multiple departments, developing and maintaining skill levels in all disciplines
